House TOMICIC is situated in Lopar, on the beautiful island of Rab, in Croatia. We offer accomodation in 3 completely equiped Appartments, just a few walking steps to the famous sandy beaches. Accomodation possibility in apartments for 2, 3, or 4 person:

Das Haus TOMICIC befindet sich in Lopar, auf der Insel Rab, in Kroatien. Wir bieten Ihnen Unterkunft in 3 komplett eingerichteten Apartments/ Ferienwohnungen, nur paar geheminuten von bekannten Sandstraende. Unterkunftmoeglichkeit im Apartments fuer 2, 3, oder 4 Personen:

  • Apartment / FeWo 1 fuer 4 Personen ( zwei Schlafzimmer, Küche mit Essplatz, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, auch ein Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen..). Mit Meerblick.
  • Apartment / FeWo 2 fuer 4 Personen ( zwei Schlafzimmer, Küche mit Essplatz, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, auch ein Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen..). Mit Meerblick.
  • Apartment / FeWo 3 fuer 2-4 Personen ( mit einem Schlafzimmer, (4 betten ), Küche mit Essplatz, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, auch eine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen..)

 There is a large parking space infront of the house. The guests can use our garden and terraces... The house is situated only 700m from the beach. There is about 1,5 km to a sport- and recreationarea (tennis, basketball, jet-ski etc.). Every day you have excursions to the nearby islands of Goli and Grgur, also around the island of Rab. There is about 14km to the city Rab where you have access to an Internetcafé, banks and shops etc.

 Ein grosser Parkplatz befindet sich vor dem Haus. Garten und Terasse stehen Ihnen zur Verfuegung... Zum Strand ist es nur 700m. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist ungefähr 500m entfernt auch wie ein erstklassische Restaurant ”Piano”. Sportzentrum (Tennis, Fussball, Jet-ski etc.) liegt ungefähr 1,5 km entfernt. Ausflüge jeden Tag nach Insel Goli (Gefängnisinsel) und Insel Grgur, auch Inselrundfahrt. Bis zum Altstadt Rab (bankomat, Internetcafe, Museum u.s.w.) ist es ungefähr 14km. Bank, Ambulanz, Internetcaffe usw. findet man auch in Lopar.

  • Departure not later than 12.oo h
  • Towels, bedsheets and kitchenequipment is included in the price.

  • Ankuft am fruehsten um 14.00 Uhr ( oder frueher falls die Ferienwohnung frei ist ).
  • Abreise am spaetesten um 12.00 Uhr
  • Handtuecher, Bettuecher und Kuechengeraete sind im Preis gerechnet.

  Roaddirection:

Jablanac - Misnjak: Drive towards the city of Rab. Follow the signpost towards Lopar. When you arrive in Lopar you have a touristoffice to the left and in the crossroad ahead you turn left. You now have a church to the right. After the church you turn the first street right. Follow the road and turn right in the two crossroads that follows.

Baska - Lopar: Drive towards the touristoffice. After about 1000m you will drive by a restaurant "Piano". Take the street to the left after the restaurant. Follow the road and turn right in the two crossroads that follows.

The house is yellow and is on your righthand side.The address is Lopar 194 and our telephonenumber in Lopar is             +385 51 775 113       .

 Wegbeschreibung

Jablanac - Misnjak: Fahren Sie gegen Stadt Rab und dann gegen Lopar. Wenn Sie in Lopar kommen gibt es ein Turistbiro links und Sie fahren auch links in der Kreuzung. Dann die erste Strasse rechts und auch rechts in den folgenden zwei Kreuzungen.

 Baska - Lopar: Fahren Sie gegen Turistbiro, nach ungefähr 1000m gibt es links ein Restaurant "Piano". Nach dem Restaurant fahren Sie die erste Strasse links und dann rechts in den folgenden zwei Kreuzungen.

Das Haus ist gelb und liegt rechts. Die Adresse ist Lopar 194 und unsere Telefonnummer in Lopar ist             +385 51 775 113       .
